Approach to Planning
At Spring Tide Events, we combine our expertise with our clients’ vision to create unforgettable birthdays and special occasion parties.
We begin by scheduling a consultation, either in-person or over Zoom, to discuss your family’s vision for the party.
From there, Spring Tide Events will create a custom party plan complete with invitations, venue, entertainment, catering, decoration design options, and unexpected moments of joy.
We will meet again to discuss the plan and ensure everyone is happy with the direction, incorporating any feedback or additional ideas.
Spring Tide Events will handle the entire process from invitation creation and tracking to securing the location, vendor communication, scheduling entertainment, to coordinating with trusted food and beverage vendors.
You will also have our full support on the day of the party to ensure that everything flows smoothly. We will support with set-up, on-site coordination during the party, and clean-up after the event. Leaving you to be fully present and enjoy your party.
Birthday Parties
We have planned birthdays at locations across the Bay Area based on the birthday child’s interests and the desired capacity for the party. We have designed parties for over 100 partygoers at venues such as the California Academy of Sciences, CuriOdyssey, and Lemos Farm. For mid-sized parties, we have worked with Taste Buds Kitchen, Oakland Zoo, and Color Me Mine. We also love planning more intimate affairs, such as themed living room sleepovers for your child’s 10 closest friends.
